Dylan Werkman (b. 1993, The Netherlands) is a filmmaker working at the intersection of television and documentary. A graduate of the Netherlands Film Academy (2020), he received the Pathé Tuschinski Award for Best Student Film for A View From Above. His work has been shown internationally and on Dutch television. His latest documentary, Images from Tuvalu, premiered at DOC NYC, was nominated for the Prix Europa, and won the Audience Award at the Brussels International Film Festival. Werkman combines observational sensitivity with cinematic craft, creating work that is both emotionally engaging and visually compelling.
